Nicholin Choi is a Chartered Company Secretary and Certified Tax Advisor, with abundant experience in the professional management, business consulting and fiduciary services.

She joined ABN AMRO Trust in 1990 and became the Managing Director from 1997 to 2005 for 8 years, responsible for developing the fiduciary business for ABN AMRO Bank in Asia. Over the years, Nicholin has advised hundreds of international clients, including large and medium sized companies and high net worth private individuals on corporate planning and their private wealth management affairs.

Nicholin has built up valuable network of professional and commercial contacts over Asia, Europe and North America. She works closely with her network of trusted advisors to facilitate cross border transactions between the East and the West.

Nicholin founded “Honorsky” in 2005. She expanded Honorsky’s presence from Hong Kong to Guangzhou, Shanghai, the United Kingdom and Europe, to support Chinese and Asian clients who want to set up their own business platform in Europe.

ALICE H.M. LAW

Alice Law is a practising Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and she is specialized in compliance and China business advisory work.

Alice joined a reputable international accounting firm in 1990. She was posted to China in 1994 and worked in their Beijing and Shanghai offices for 7 years and 9 years respectively. Before she left the firm on 1 February 2010, she was a Hong Kong resident partner working full time in their Shanghai office together with local partners, managing the day-to-day operations of the office.

Over these years, Alice has accumulated practical working experience, knowledge and relationships for undergoing business in China. She has assisted many international clients to set up companies/branches/representative offices in Shanghai and nearby major cities in China. Apart from providing audit and audit related services in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and Hong Kong Standards on Auditing, Alice also provides business advisory advice, advising on topics such as the best modes of entry to China, accounting and auditing, taxation, banking, human resources, and other China business operational issues.
